Argo Tractors is the distributor of Landini, McCormick and Valpadana tractors and Pegoraro tillage implements.

The company works with independent dealers to provide purchasing advice, finance options and a comprehensive after-sales service in terms of routine servicing and parts supply.

As a distribution affiliate of Argo Tractors, one of the World’s leading manufacturers of farm, horticultural and specialist fruit and vineyard power units, Argo Tractors’s dealers supply products from a range that caters for all applications with tractors from just 43hp to 310hp.

Landini is the second most popular tractor brand in Italy and maintains a strong market share in other southern Europe markets. McCormick is a truly international brand with strong heritage throughout northern Europe and the United States.

Argo Tractors operates an industrial complex of four factories in northern Italy, manufacturing transaxles, front axles and cabs to exacting standards. These are combined with components from leading suppliers to build the finished tractors on assembly lines operating to lean manufacturing principles for cost-efficiency and least possible environmental impact.

The headquarters in Fabbrico, Regio Emilia includes a new R&D centre for the group engineers creating new products and improving existing ones. In 2017, their efforts were rewarded with a Tractor of the Year award for the McCormick X6 VT-Drive tractor, a 111-140hp mid-range machine that features Argo’s first in-house CVT transmission and control software.

The sales, service and parts operations team at Argo Tractors maintain a close liaison with their colleagues to ensure that, together with their dealers, customers receive efficient support. The company’s base at Harworth near Doncaster maintains a £3 million stock of parts and service consumables for rapid shipment, and has access to the international parts operation run by Argo Tractors in support of its products.
