EAMA

The Engineering and Machinery Alliance (EAMA) is an ‘umbrella’ organisation of like-minded associations that represent SME manufacturers.

EAMA aims to improve the lot of UK manufacturers by raising awareness and understanding of their achievements and potential within Westminster, Whitehall and more broadly regionally and locally, ultimately to get a better policy deal from government and more enthusiastic recruits to work in the sector.

The rationale is that government and opinion formers take more notice of organisations with critical mass, than they do of smaller, individual trade associations.
